Generally great service, however at times when one goes up to the reception they treat one as though we are "bothering" them.
The blood test lady (that wears a head scarf), is wonderful! You never even feel the needle!
On the whole great practice!

The standard of medical care is excellent.
Getting through to the surgery by telephone is extremely difficult and appointments can be hard to obtain at convenient times.
Some receptionists are extremely helpful. Others are less helpful.
